Recording 1280*1024

Hey guys,

I currently use Fraps and am pretty happy with it as far as performance. I just want a better resolution for my videos. I was wondering if anyone knew of a program that will let me record at 1280*1024. I've seen WoW movies that were in that resolution before(I think one of the cursegaming videos), but cannot find a program that'll let me do it. I would even be happy with 1024*768. Anything better than half-size fraps. Any help is appreciated

Fraps can record at higher resolutions (ver 2.8.x and later), but you need a dual-core processor for that. Don't know about other programs.

fraps will allow you to record at 1152X864 max

Single core cpu = max 1152x864
Dual core cpu = max 2560x1600

Only fraps 2.8.0 or higher supports the dual core optimizations (and the higher resolutions).

The curse-gaming vids are 1152x864 afaik.
