UI Question

If anyone knows what UI Hexzena uses in there Black Temple video - http://www.warcraftmovies.com/movieview.php?id=45760 - Id love to know, because I would love to use that type of UI, I know its most likely a combination of alot of addons but if I can get mine even half like that I'd be very happy

Fubar, Simple Combat Log, Grid, one of the top 3 action bar mods(bongos, bartender, trinity), Cooldown Monitor of some sort, Quartz cast bar. AG_UnitFrames or Pitbull.

I am not sure what mod is that above the enemy unit frame that shows duration of hots. Maybe a modification of dottimer or something. Also some type of maintank health bar mod on left side of the screen.

That's what I can make out.
