Incredibly slow downloads

I am trying to download this movie

From the premium link(UK) and i am getting 5.5kbs download speeds, what gives 24 hours to download a 500mb film....

Edit: getting 11kbs from the Premium US download

Sorry about the delay. Can you please try that link 5-10 times in a row and see if the speed is constant. If it is I might have come up with a solution.'

Constant speed of around 480kbps from that link.

Thanks, we will see what we can do to improve the speed for you. It looks like under some conditions our download script gets throttled by some ISPs.
