Not able to view comment or mail

Well it's practically there in the title.. but yeah I can't see any comments of any videos and can't see my mail in my inbox (just only have 1 from making the account though.) I was wondering if you guys could help me solve this problem because I kind of want to see comments and read mail I get in the future.
What I do see where the comments and email should be is "loading..." but the comment and inbox actually never loads.

Hello Bone711,

We have looked at the situation and it seems to have been one of our webservers. Please log out from your account, restart your browser, and log back in and see if it solved your issue. If you ever have an issue like this in the future, replace the "www" from the domain to "web1", "web2" or "web3" until you can see the comments.
