WCM stream is it auto? MIG69?

Hello

So I wonder when im going to upload my movie in WCM, is the WCM stream auto? or how does it work? And what is MIG69? I see most of the movies are uploaded in MIG69??

Stream is automatically generated, MIG69 is the program we use to stream it with.
