How does WarcraftMovies.com deal with Copyright issues

It's safe to assume that authors who upload submit movies to WarcraftMovies.com with music in them don't have any right to use the music in their content, thus violate copyright laws.

How does WarcraftMovies.com deal with this issue? Is there a way for music corporations to file claims against movies or have you guys just been lucky since you launched with copyright claims?
