How do I create a CG intro?
I see many high end guild movies with a CG intro that they use on every movie (kinda like WB, Sony, SKG, etc.) - Curse would be a good example. How do you go about doing this? What would be a good program(s) to use?
I'm fairly adept with Sony Vegas and Photoshop - but I don't think these are the programs to make this. To be clear - what I want to do is have our guild name maybe start from a vanishing point and be spinning as it's coming at the viewer. Then it slams into place and a glint of light ripples across it. Something like that anyway... If someone could point me in a direction of what program would be best to do something like this, I can go from there. Thanks a bunch! |

Most of it looks like flash mixed in with some editors then converted to movie format.

I think flash will be to limited for this. Although it is possible with flash. What you need is a program like adobe after effects. That should do the trick. Good luck with your movie!
