Oh well..questions about movie ETA
Hello there, I'm writing you about an issue I'm having with the movie uploader. I don't have any clue about this, but after uploading my latest video for a while, the page suddenly freezes (about 18/22% progress. This with Firefox, while with Internet Explorer i get a browser white error page). I've already tried by shutting down any other program that could use bandiwidth, including firewall and antivirus. The things got better until 34% of progress, when the uploading page got stuck once again. Has anyone had the same issues?

The upload server is currently lacking harddrive space which is being looked at right now. It can take an hour or so because data has to be moved around

Well, guess I will keep the window up even if it appears frozen then
I'll post more if there are further updates. Thank you in the meanwhile |

Update: even by keeping the page several hours up there is nothing to do: the freezing is irrversible. It is getting even worse: last time the upload got stuck at 6%.
This is really frustrating, since I'd like to have my movie reviewed in the shortest time possible, and get it up before the 2.2 patch...any suggestion? |

Not yet, I made some tries even from another PC in my home: same result. I guess it's my ISP, which gives his customers a private IP that makes them appear like they are in the same LAN. I bought some public IP time, right now I'm trying the upload with the new address...27% progress and a 62 KB/s upload rate.
I'll let you know more later |
