after effect, premier cs3 rendering help

hi im working on a storyline movie . but the thing is that i have no clue what so ever to do the the rendering part on after effect either premier.

so here what im doing .

recording/screenshot with fraps , in game , also modelviewer with full res 1680 + 1050

then im using after effect to make the perfect situations with model viewer and screens from in game

after that ill render it out from 5 sec / 20 sec long footage

but the thing is that these files are pretty dam big . a 16 sec video will be 786mb big . but i dont realy care i just want to make the movie in very good quality. but it will crash on vlc player, and on windows media player i get fps lagg ?

i heard that you can move a efter effect project to premiere but how ?
and what rendering config should i use ?

im using 16:9 widescreen also btw

ive got an 8800 gts pny (graphic card) , quadracore 6800 2.4 ghz , 4 g ram , 3 Tb hard drive

1. I recommend using lagarith lossless codec to export a clip which you want to edit in other programs.
2. It is OK that to maintain 1.0(square) of the pixel aspect ratio in Adobe Media Encoder if the video just be played on computer. When you set the frame width and height like 1680-945, 1280-720, it will be rendered as a 16:9 widescreen video.
