Movie won't start uploading

Im too lazy searching for the necessary piece of information that concerns movie uploads on wcm, so can someone please just tell me where the problem is with my upload to wcm:

movie is 2 GB, yes it's big
MP4 H.264
38 min in length

it just won't start uploading, why?

duh! me stupid. I had slightly more than 2 GB which is why it woulnd't upload. ok thanks anyway.
