Addon Expert Halp ;P

The two addons I'm curious about are...

1. Inner Fire Notice ---> When her inner fire charges have been used up, a large 'pulse' like icon appears notifying her to refresh it. I'd love to know where to find this.

2. When finding a rogue, a large bar opens up mid screen letting her know the duration of the current kidney shot & blind. I imagine this would work with most stuns/cc's. Thanks <3
