This stupid add keeps replaying over and over and never gets to the movie im selecting, the other adds dont have this issue, plx i can't take that stupid add anymore!

I've had this problem also myself since Friday its just been playing that add over and over but nothing else...so I'm unable to view any movies D: fix itttt
