1.how can i make backgrounds with fraps in wow?

2.how can i make a movie in wow without all the skills,chat,health bar and more on the screen?(with fraps)

To answer your second question first, the default key in WoW to remove the interface is "ALT+Z" (same to bring it back).

As for your first question, you just run around and hit the record button with FRAPS open in your Tray until you're satisfied with the shot (default key is F9 I think).
