Can't upload new movie

I did the following:

- filled the "Step 1 - Movie profile" form perfectly
- Clicked on the "Proceed to step 2"

The result: I got back the empty "step 1" form without any error message or anything.

I tried with different settings (revshare yes/no, wcm promo yes/no) but got the same result always.

What would be wrong? I used the following data in "step 1":

- Movie Title: Snowolf - 2H Enhancement [5.3]
- Description:
"Just a short montage about the 2H Enhancement playstyle. Didn't had too
much time to record, but it's maybe enough to give some insight into this
genre. It's still not viable, but at least fun:)

I didn't edited the clips because of my time issues but i hope you will
enjoy anyway.

As always the programs and soundtrack at the end of the video.
