Ok its works like a dream thanks so much
For everyones future reference. this is where you go:
with the MywarcraftStudio, Go File > open, (find wow in program files and go to Data)
Data> Common.MPQ, then you get a bar on the left with folders go to Sounds and its all there EVERYTHING
