1080 HD H264 Codec question.
Hello. First off. I'm only doing Pve videos for the guild. I'm not trying to get any internet fame. I like making quality videos we can watch and have fun with or learn from.
I record, edit and render in 1080p. Programs used: After Effects CS5, Premier Pro CS5. Example of quality with H264 codec at 1080p, 29.7fps, Level 4.2, VBR 2 pass, 32Mbps target video bitrate, Rendered at Max depth w/ Max render quality used. Audio @320kbps. http://warcraftmovies.com/movieview.php?id=175345 Now this is ok. But a 240Mbps bitrate High profile 5.1 level render looks so much better. And I would like to upload that quality and still be able to stay under the 2gig max file size. I've tried all the codecs I have and they just don't stack up to the H264 codec. A Full all out quality render of the same 1.8gig movie posted above is around the ballpark of 5-6 gigs. Short of making my videos 45 seconds long, what<if anything> could I do to get full HD quality and still stream from this site? Thank you in advance. |
