Pausing a clip using Vegas
Hey!
I have a simple question about movie editing in vegas. How do you pause a clip so that it's completley still, in a running movie?

Rightclick on the Video clip where you want to stop the video.
Choose "Inser/Remove Envelope" and add "Velocity" ... doubleclick on the line so you add a "dot" rightclick on that dot and chose "Hold" |

Hold didn't work for me either, wasn't even familiar with that option. If you can't get that to work, follow the same steps (insert/remove envelope->velocity, double click to set a point) then right click-> set velocity to 0.
