questions about action movie!

hey bro's!

1.Can you help me with a question about action scene?
Well...i want to make a chracter with a bloody wound or without a head so how can i do that?really need your help.
2.Where can i find some sounds for my movie?(swird bash,sheild block and someting like that)
Please help me, i and my freind trying to make a new movie but we have a lot of difficulties.so we beg for your help.
and if my question is already in some sticket,can you plz tell me which one...ty.
