is betamirror still available

just wonder if http://betamirror.warhammermovies.net/
is still up as i can't seem to get on it, problem is i've downloaded the eu open beta from official site and all the bin files are there but i have'nt got the exe file and theres no desktop shortcut either, just need to download the exe file.
