Please upgrade Flash and restart your browser

Hi Im using Firefox and every time I watch the WHO HQ Streams I get this message box on the bottom of the movie (Please upgrade Flash and restart your browser.) When this happens then I have to use the slider on the side of the movie to scroll up and down. I have upgraded the flash player (http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/) but I still get the upgrade box on the bottom of the movies. Any Idea how to fix this ?
