Slow DL speed on Premium EU (UK)

Anyone else experiencing really bad speeds on this? Im on premium and its going at less than 100kbps. Only recently though, usually im at around 1mbps, but in the past week the DL speeds have been really bad, something up?

I'm from Southern England on the Virgin Media ISP. 20mb
