Hi!

My name is Jessy, but most people in the machinima world know me as Rawrbug. I have a popular WoW YouTube and have been featured in quite a few machinimas, including some still in production and the grand prize winner of the 2010 Blizzcon machinima contest. Links will follow this post.

"Um, ok... that's nice. But what do you have to offer?"

I'm glad you asked! As a voice actress for over 2.5 years now, I have been in a plethora of projects. From fandubs to original audios to song covers... I've done it all at least once. I am a decent singer and have a range of middle to lower tone (regular, relaxed tone) and can easily climb octaves if needed. I have voiced children (male and female), old women, adult women... sexy, passive, meek, outgoing, you name it! I strive to reach higher quality with each and every recorded line.

"That's great! I think I want to ask if you could be in this machinima I'm drawing up. How would I get in touch with you?"

My email ([email protected]) and Skype (evaiyne) are the easiest ways to get in touch with me, and my preferred method of contact. When sending a request on Skype, please type in the message that you are from this message board and looking to speak with me about a project. I deny anyone that is unfamiliar or leaves the default "Hi Evaiyne! I'd like to be friends on Skype" crap. :P

"Actually, now that I think about it... I'm not sure if you'll like my script. Is there anything you refuse to do? Do I have to pay you?"

*giggle* Of course not! I work for free but will never deny the option to be paid. I am offering you quality, devotion, and perfection when I work for you so if you feel that is a proper way to repay me for this, then I will gladly accept!

As for things I don't do... I don't do hentai or things of that nature. Cursing and sexual situations are fine, but hentai crosses the line. I will gladly read over a script and speak with you about your machinima and its story. However, I am honest, and do not sugar-coat things. If I do not feel the machinima is something I would enjoy, I will respectfully decline the offer. This could be because I think it is poorly written, isn't my taste, etc. Please do not take that to heart! I want to give people the highest quality voice acting and if I don't feel your work, you won't get quality audio.

"I need these lines ASAP!!! Can you have them to me super soon?!"

I work a lot and have a busy life. Give me deadlines and I will do my best to meet them. If I am unable to meet said deadline, I will give you plenty of notice and talk it over with you. Be mindful of the fact that I AM a working adult and sometimes last minute can't be so last minute. Not to mention the fact that last minute work 99% of the time SOUNDS like last minute work and can cripple the project. Life happens but do the best with what you have!

"Rawrbug, this sounds like trash and you obviously didn't record it like I said. What is so hard about that? You couldn't even meet the deadline."

One thing I will NOT tolerate is rude, egotistical, pushy directors. Any discrimination or comments made on the basis of anything aside from what pertains to the story is unacceptable. Respect me and I'll respect you. I am down to earth and very friendly. I'll be willing to stay up later than anticipated to rerecord lines for you if I know I have your respect. Remember that the graphics only make up part of the story... the voice is what gives the character life. If you disrespect me, I will not put effort into my work and will get frustrated, eventually dropping it altogether. Let's be awesome friends and make awesome work!!

"Awesome! But, before we move forward, do you have a resume or some previous work I could listen to?"

Sure! Listening to my work can help you guide me in the right direction by letting me know that you like my gnome voice, but to blend in some of my softer tone from my Shelinda voice. Knowledge is power !
